The Success of the nation always depends on the Success of the youth, India is a country where 65% of the youth are under the working age group. If ever there is a way to reap this demographic advantage, it has to be through skill Development.
The challenge: Skill Development is among the greatest challenge facing countries ,enterprises and people across the world. Awareness programs should be taken and Mind Sets of the youth needs to be changed even before training for skill.
Our aim is to build Public Private Partnership for training youth in North coastal Andhra Pradesh, India. The most under Developed area in the whole of 13 Districts of AP, India.
Train Economically Deprived youth and make them employable.
The main focus being on bringing about Livelihood and the change that would upscale the opportunities for those at the bottom of the PYRAMID.
